Key Responsibilities:

  • Bench Sales: Leverage your deep bench sales experience to identify and engage with IT professionals who are actively seeking new projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and align with suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring they meet client requirements.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to make informed decisions.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers, compensation, and contract terms with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions in our recruitment management system.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to staffing and recruitment.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in bench sales recruiting within the IT staffing industry.
  • Client Relationships: Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Results-driven: A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Willingness and flexibility to work in CST hours.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other recruitment tools.
